The registration deadline for the 2010 testing process is February 19, 2010. The Consortium does not accept late applications or have a "waiting list." At least 10 weeks before the test, candidates will be e-mailed, or mailed, additional information regarding the 2010 testing process, which is scheduled for June 7-10, 2010 on the Montana State University Campus in Bozeman, MT.
Below are the 2010 Registration Forms. Both Versions are form fillable, which allows you to input your information directly into the form and print it (If you need Adobe Acrobat, Click Here). Mail printed forms to the address of the bottom of the registration form with a certified check or money order in the amount specified on the registration. NO PERSONAL CHECKS or CASH will be accepted.
